Thoughtful Expressions Stack & Shuffle Cards!

Thoughtful Expressions Stack & Shuffle Cards!

I did my Facebook Live last night and featured 3 cards made with the Thoughtful Expressions bundle. I added a bit of interest though by doing the Stack & Shuffle method. Doesn't that sound like a country line dance or something?! That's the first thing I thought about. You can do this stack and shuffle method any way you want. I chose to make my cuts uniform and easy to duplicate. The trick is to do 3 pieces of paper at the same time. You probably don't want to use paper thicker than...

Cutest Cow in the Meandering Meadow!

Cutest Cow in the Meandering Meadow!

How do you suppose I came up with this title LOL?! Well, I had so much fun designing a card with the new Cutest Cows bundle and the Online Exclusive Meandering Meadow DSP. Oh ye, and I did use one die from the Garden Meadow bundle too! Is it wrong to be so much in love with this card?! With this little guy?! I had SO much fun designing the card. Still More Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration Products/Samples

I wanted to do 4 days of posts using a Sale-a-bration product this week. If you haven't caught on yet, this week I'm featuring the Softly Stippled Designer Paper. This paper coordinates with the Softly Stippled Rose stamp set that I may or may not get before the end of Sale-a-bration. Do you need stamps to make a card?! Not always! Check out today's sample. As you can see above, I don't have any stamping on this card at all! Let me share how I made it. First, I started with a 3" strip of...

Day 2 of Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration DSP!

Day 2 of Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration DSP!

Again today, I'm using the textured patterns of the Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration DSP. One side of the paper has designs and the other side features more solid colors with some texture. I again decided to use the Planted Paradise stamp set that I featured here yesterday. This pattern is basically the Wild Wheat color, and I think it looked great with the Wild Wheat and the Old Olive leaves in my flower hanger. I stamped the pot in Cajun Craze ink -- it looks very Tex-Mex or "Arizona" if...

Softly Stippled Meets Planted Paradise

Softly Stippled Meets Planted Paradise

As a demonstrator, one of the perks is that you can preorder before the regular customer. Besides that, another perk is that Sale-a-bration, Stampin' Up!'s annual fabulous sale, lasts for 3 months instead of 2! So, I've already been ordering and achieving! As a perk for attending On Stage, Stampin' Up!'s online convention in November, I was awarded a free stamp set called Planted Paradise. So, the challenge for this week was to use this stamp set with one of the Sale-a-bration items. No, it's...
