Day 2 of Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration DSP!
Again today, I'm using the textured patterns of the Softly Stippled Sale-a-bration DSP. One side of the paper has designs and the other side features more solid colors with some texture. I again decided to use the Planted Paradise stamp set that I featured here yesterday. As a demonstrator, one of the perks is that you can preorder before the regular customer. Besides that, another perk is that Sale-a-bration, Stampin' Up!'s annual fabulous sale, lasts for 3 months instead of 2! So, I've already been ordering and achieving! September 21st — World Gratitude Day!
How Appropriate! How appropriate that the day I decide to post again is World Gratitude Day! I have SO much to be thankful for! This weekend, my first granddaughter was born, and on the eve of her birth, my daughter Lyndsey asked my husband, Bob and I to watch our grandson Nathan. Nathan is going to be 3 in December, and is a barrel of energy! Add a bit of anxiety about his parents not being there and I know that he was stressed about "Baby" too! For my 3rd card in my Sweet Citrus class, I featured the Sweet Citrus stamp set and hybrid embossing folder again. I made more sweet citrus cards to share today! This was my in-person class about a week ago. This bright card is one of my favorites! The paper is actually from the Glorious Gingham designer paper.
