That was the title of last week’s FB live, featuring the Stamparatus.  I showed a few cards I made with the Stamparatus, and shared a few tips and tricks too!  It was well received, so check it out on FB if you have a minute!

In the meantime, I thought I’d share one of the cards I featured:  “Little Ladybug Does The Hinge Step!”  No, the ladybugs aren’t actually dancing … although I think they could if they tried!  Instead, I chose the Happy Birthday sentiment.  I placed it on my stamparjtus plate, near the top right side of my cardstock (in this case the Balmy Blue piece), then proceeded to “hinge step” my way down the page, moving my plate down one hinge as I went.

One tip though — to do the hinge step correctly, try to make sure your sentiment is “centered” within one hinge. Refer to my photo for clarification — I put an arrow at the hinge I centered within, and then indicated where the next sentiment would end up.  Sorry for the glare on the plate!

As for my ladybugs, I colored them with blends:  Dark Poppy Parade for the body, Light Petal Pink for the face and arms, and a “blush” of Light Flirty Flamingo for the cheeks!  Aren’t they adorable?!  The final addition was the heart doilies and the grass/flower cut with the Ladybug dies.  These dies are a coordinating product and won’t be found in a catalog, but you won’t want to be without them if you win the Little Ladybug stamp set!

I hope this clarifies the “hinge step” and also gives you a great idea to case using the Little Ladybug stamp set!  Don’t forget that I will be choosing at least 1 person to receive this stamp set at the end of Sale-a-bration for everyone that places at least 1 $50 order with me.  Thanks for stopping in!
*Check out my supply list below — I put both the stamparjtus and extra plates on the list.  I use my stamparjtus for EVERYTHING now, so it’s always great to have extra plates!
