Welcome to my Stamping Blog
For ideas, inspiration and tutorialsThe Case to the Holiday Catalog Ornament!
I always thought that I would grow up to write a book someday ... the title of my post today sounds like a mystery waiting to be solved! Alas, that's not what I'm writing about today so I'm sorry if I led you on!! LOL!"Case" is an acronym that means "Copy And Share Everything". That's the heart of Stampin' Up! You see a sample, it makes you want to imitate the creation to come up with something as good or better than the last sample you made! I just loved the cover of Stampin' Up's new Holiday...
Layered Labels!!
Good Morning All! I'd love to say that I have some pictures of my open house this past week, but I think I was too preoccupied, flitting from guest to guest, to take any photos this year! I had no problem coming up with pinwheels (and I still have oodles of ideas!). The trouble was that I didn't know what to do for the...
My Father’s Day Tool Chest

(BTW, the gorgeous African Violet in the background is one of my mom's prize flowers. She has such a green thumb and the flowers, inside and out, are a treat to behold!)The stamps are from the Totally Tool stamp set that just retired. Since my dad, my brother, and my brother-in-law are all woodworkers, it was the...
Summer Silhouettes Sketch Challenge
Good Friday morning all! It's been so long since I've posted that I don't think I'll lack for post material for at least a couple of months! So ... I'll start backwards!I'm part of a group called the Sensational SU Swappers (SSUS for short!) -- I participated in a weekly sketch challenge and thought I'd share my creation with you very quickly. Here's the sketch -- part of Taylored Expressions Weekly sketch challenges which look to be no more. In the meantime, I have about 150 weeks of sketches...
