For ideas, inspiration and tutorials“Bee Happy” Wall Organizer
I had a One-Day retreat last weekend, here in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. Luckily the weather held up for is, dropping several inches of wet snow only in the last hour or so. It's very hard to transport paper and paper crafts through a wet mess! LOL!Anyway, I wanted to share a class that I developed for the event: the "Bee Happy" Wall Organizer. My New Year's resolutions were many, but they started out with organization. (Best of all, I didn't write any down...
“In the meadow we can build a snowman …” and Junior!
I had so much fun creating this fun little gift card! Have you seen Snowman Season in the Holiday Catalog?! Have you played with the matching Snowman Builder Punch?! So cute! This little gift card features a small strip of the Brightly Gleaming DSP, topped with just a smidge (just a dab 'll do ya!) of Puff Paint! So simple to make -- I'm going to call it a #simplestamping card because it really took me just a few minutes to create. I was inspired by a swap card that I received, which I will show you in just a moment. The stamped flower shown here is from the stamp set called Healing Hugs and is such a great thinking of...
Embossabilities!
On my Facebook Live today, I shared some cards I "stepped up" with just a bit of embossing. The cards were simple and beautiful to begin with, but with just an extra step, it goes from great to WOW!Here's the first card, before embossing:This card base is the new Terracotta Tile color. Isn't it beautiful? I was thinking that it was Calypso Coral! Very close!! I love the new Mosaic Mood specialty designer paper. If you remember, I had featured some fancy fold cards...
