He is Risen! | Stamping with Jeannie

The angel said to the woman, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.  He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.  Come and see the place where he lay.  Then go quickly and tell his disciples:  He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee.”  (Matthew 28: 5-7)

Thank God that we had Good Friday, and now Easter!  Easter blessings to all of you!  I prepared a simple card for Easter earlier this month:

You can see the details a tiny bit better in the photo below.  I used Kinda Eclectic, Work of Art,  and  Hardwood for my stamp sets, although the card only took a few moments to prepare.  When you stamp with Hardwood, the board lines are set at about 5/8″ apart, perfect to form the cross.

I’m sorry the picture isn’t better!

Then, since I’m still in love with these Easter M&M treats and the berry basket die, I had to create an assortment of fun Easter treat baskets yet.  You’d think I would be getting sick of them by now!! (*edited to add:  I used an assortment of c/s colors, a full sheet of each for each basket, plus the Berry Basket die, Item number #137366, found on page 21 in the Occasions Catalog.)

Unfortunately I’m out of the bunny eggs, but I have plans for Mother’s day seed baskets now!!  Can you see it … ?!
