Sorry that I was MIA for a week — I did 40+ hours in the clinic last week AND ran a one-day retreat! Today, I thought I’d share some pictures!
I took a panoramic photo of the room before it got too full of people and bags!
Our theme was the Simply Zinnia online exclusive stamps and dies set. That inspired the flowers on the wall (a mix of Gerber Daisies and Zinnias from Hobby Lobby). It also inspired the bags, kitchen table decorations etc.
We diecut and assembled multiple colors of zinnias for the bag tabs (I’m not sure you can zoom in to see them, but you can at least see the colorful bags I found on Amazon.
These are the lunch tables before we messed them — this was the first time we couldn’t all fit at the 3 tables for lunch and fellowship — the girls made due though and found another table right inside the door to gather at. As you can see, Centre CC has a great room and a great kitchen too!
Here’s another panoramic picture: We had 23 lovely ladies total — our friend Rose from California was able to stay (she brought life to the party!), my best friend Nan from high school (all the way from Ballston Spa NY) was able to come for the weekend, and we even had some lovely ladies from NH this time! But … I appreciate every single lady that comes from near and far for these events!
And now for some “in action” pics — I apologize if I caught anyone’s “bad side”.
Last but not least, here’s a picture of the raffle table — it’s filled with goodness!
So much goodness that Arlene had a hard time deciding where to put her tickets! She did okay though — I think she walked away a winner 3 different times!
Our next event is booked for June 22nd, 2024. Maybe this time, you won’t want to miss it! It’s truly fabulous!
